Mudflat reclamation structure and method for relieving composite extreme storm surge flood
The invention provides an intertidal zone reclamation structure and method for relieving composite extreme storm surge flood, the structure comprises an inner levee and an outer levee which are constructed on a coastal low-land intertidal zone, the two levees enclose a closed cofferdam structure, gates are uniformly distributed on the two levees, and the inner levee and the outer levee are communicated with each other. The levee located on the outer side is connected with the ocean through the gate, and the levee located on the inner side is connected with an inland drainage channel or a river channel through the gate. According to the method, the siltation promotion efficiency can be improved, the function of defending the composite extreme storm surge flood is achieved, and the two embankments formed through reclamation have the function of blocking the storm surge flood from the ocean. The intertidal zone formed by inning can be used as a reservoir for discharging urban rainstorm waterlogging after seawater is emptied. After the two embankments are formed, storm waves are greatly reduced, periodic tide rising and tide falling are not affected, a better intertidal zone wetland environment is built, and planting and survival of dunaliella salina vegetation are facilitated.
本发明提供了一种缓解复合极端风暴潮洪水的滩涂围垦结构及方法,其结构包括在沿海低地潮间带上构建的内外两条大堤,两条所述大堤围合成封闭围堰结构,两条所述大堤上均布设有闸门,位于外侧的所述大堤通过所述闸门与海洋连接,位于内侧的所述大堤通过所述闸门与内陆排水渠或河道连接。本发明可以提升促淤效率,具有防御复合极端风暴潮洪水的功能,围垦形成的两道堤具有阻挡来自海洋的风暴潮洪水功能。围垦形成的潮间带当放空海水后可以作为排除城市暴雨内涝的蓄水池。形成两道堤之后风浪大幅度减小,同时不影响周期性潮涨潮落,营造出更优质的潮间带湿地环境,有利于盐藻植被定值、存活。
