The invention discloses mechanical equipment cleaning drainage water-saving equipment which structurally comprises a base, a machine body, a maintenance cover and a drainage pipe, the top face of the base is connected with the bottom face of the machine body in a welded mode, waste water is guided into a shell through a water inlet pipe of the machine body, flows through a driving collection frame and passes through a filter screen, and the purpose of purification is achieved; when the water flows through a collecting frame, a swing frame can swing through the impact force of the flowing water, an impact groove is impacted to enable a bearing handle to rotate, meanwhile, a part of the liquid can enter a flowing water groove to impact an impact plate, and therefore the water can be discharged and recycled through a water discharging pipe, and the purpose of saving water is achieved through repeated cyclic utilization; during rotation, the top needs to hook part of cotton fibers contained in liquid, stability in the rotation process is kept through the upper pushing frame, the cotton fibers are effectively collected in advance, and the phenomenon that the cotton fibers adhere to a filter screen, and consequently water outflow is not smooth is avoided.
本发明公开了一种机械设备清洗排水节水设备,其结构包括底座、机体、维护盖、排水管,底座顶面与机体底面焊接连接,本发明将废水通过机体的进水管导入到外壳内,并使其流过驱动收集架,并经过滤网,达到净化的目的,进而使其可以通过排水管进行排出回收利用,通过反复循环利用达到节水的目的,在流过收集架的时候,可以通过流水的冲击力令摆动架摆动,同时冲击冲击槽使承载柄转动,同时一部分的液体也会进入到流水槽内冲击冲击板,带动收集头转动,转动过程中,顶部须可以勾取一部分的液体中含有的棉花纤维,通过上推架保持转动过程中的稳定,有效对棉花纤维进行提前收集,避免棉花纤维粘附在滤网上而引起出水不顺畅的现象产生。
