The invention relates to an assembly type adjustable non-coplanar thin-layer suspended ceiling which comprises a high-position veneer and a low-position veneer, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece are connected between the high-position veneer and the low-position veneer, the first connecting piece is connected with the high-position veneer, and the second connecting piece is connected with the low-position veneer. The second connecting piece is connected with the first connecting piece, and the position, located on the first connecting piece, of the second connecting piece is adjustable, so that connection between the high-position veneer and the low-position veneer is achieved.
