Fabricated handrail structure in shield tunnel and construction method thereof
The assembly type handrail structure in the shield tunnel comprises a fixed base, a T-shaped bolt and a handrail extending in the length direction of the tunnel, the fixed base is arranged on an interval segment above an evacuation platform of the shield tunnel, and an arc part for supporting the handrail is arranged at the end, away from the interval segment, of the fixed base; and the handrail is detachably connected with the fixed base through a T-shaped bolt. The invention further provides a construction method of the assembly type handrail structure in the shield tunnel, and the construction method comprises the steps that S1, the fixed base is installed, and the fixed base is fixed to the side wall of the tunnel; s2, a handrail is installed, and the handrail is placed on the arc part of the fixed base; s3, rectangular holes are formed in the bottoms of the arc parts and the bottoms of the handrails; s4, the rectangular head of the T-shaped bolt upwards extends into the handrail through the rectangular hole from the lower portion of the arc part; and S5, the rectangular head extends into the handrail and then rotates by 90 degrees, the rectangular head is limited in the handrail, and below the arc part, a screw of the T-shaped bolt is matched with the nut to lock the handrail and the arc part.
本发明提供一种盾构隧道内的装配式扶手结构,包括固定基座、T型螺栓、沿隧道长度方向延伸的扶手,固定基座设于盾构隧道疏散平台上方的区间管片上,固定基座远离区间管片的一端设有支撑扶手的圆弧部,扶手通过T型螺栓与固定基座可拆卸连接。本发明还提供一种盾构隧道内的装配式扶手结构的施工方法,包括:S1、安装固定基座,将固定基座固定于隧道侧壁;S2、安装扶手,将扶手放置于固定基座的圆弧部上;S3、在圆弧部、扶手的底部均开设矩形开孔;S4、T型螺栓的矩形头从圆弧部的下方向上通过矩形开孔伸入扶手内;S5、矩形头伸入扶手后旋转90°,矩形头被限位在扶手内,在圆弧部的下方,T型螺栓的螺杆与螺母配合以锁紧扶手和圆弧部。
