The invention provides an arc-shaped multi-curved-surface special-shaped curtain wall design and construction method based on BIM. The method comprises the following steps that a curtain wall overall BIM model is established; a model of each elevation sub-keel is refined; carrying out stress analysis to obtain actual deformation values of the aluminum plate and the glass plate; the curtain wall overall BIM model is integrated with the electromechanical professional construction model and the steel structure construction model, and curtain wall components and panels are deepened; three-dimensional coordinate positioning is realized; and making a space-time network plan by taking a longitudinal axis as a construction process and a transverse axis as time, and performing four-dimensional positioning time marking on a panel in combination with the curtain wall overall BIM model. The deformation amount of the curtain wall keel in the construction state is simulated, the curvature and rise of the keel are designed for the third time, the panel block size is designed for the third time on the basis of the secondary stress deformation result, the effect of a curtain wall finished product obtained after installation deformation reaches the effect conforming to the design facade, and an actual three-dimensional model can be visually and vividly displayed.
本发明提供一种基于BIM的弧形多曲面异形幕墙设计施工方法,包括以下步骤:建立幕墙整体BIM模型;细化出各个标高次龙骨的模型;进行受力分析,得出铝板和玻璃板实际会产生的变形值;将幕墙整体BIM模型与机电专业施工模型和钢结构施工模型进行整合,对幕墙构件和面板进行深化处理;实现三维坐标定位;以纵轴为施工工序,横轴为时间,做出时空网络计划,结合幕墙整体BIM模型,在面板上进行四维定位的时间标注。本发明模拟出了施工状态下幕墙龙骨的变形量对龙骨的曲率、矢高作第三次设计,基于二次受力变形结果对面板分块尺寸作第三次设计,使安装变形后的幕墙成品效果达到符合设计立面的效果,并且能够直观、形象地将展示实际立体模型。
