The invention discloses a modular house assembling, welding and fixing device which is composed of a connecting block, a lifting mechanism, moving mechanisms, a telescopic mechanism, a pushing mechanism and a clamping mechanism, one or two transversely-placed steel structures can be placed through the two arranged moving mechanisms, and a positive and negative rotation motor, a connecting main shaft and a connecting belt are matched with a connecting auxiliary shaft, so that one or two steel structures can be placed. The transverse steel structure is controlled to move left and right through the control mechanism, the arranged first air cylinder can control the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame to move, the lifting mechanism stretches out and draws back up and down, and therefore the height of the transverse steel structure is controlled, and the arranged telescopic mechanism can conduct angle conversion between the horizontal position and the vertical position. The connecting position of the steel structure placed in the clamping mechanism and the transversely-placed steel structure can be changed, the pushing mechanism can control the clamping mechanism to move front and back, so that the position of the steel structure is automatically adjusted, manual operation is not needed, and the assembling speed of the modular house is greatly increased.
