The water level detection device, the control box and the vertical lifting device are all arranged on an outdoor parking space, when the water level exceeds a set value, the water level detection device transmits a signal to the control box, and the control box controls the vertical lifting device to lift a vehicle to a preset height; by arranging the vertical lifting device, the vehicle can be lifted according to requirements, further through the water level detection device and the control box, the water level height can be judged through the water level detection device, then the vertical lifting device is started through the control box to automatically lift the vehicle, and the whole process is automatically controlled.
