Pivot lever device and system for actuating locking device of inlet control device
The invention relates to a pivot lever device (2) for actuating a locking device (6), in particular a latch and/or lever lock, of an access control device (27), in particular a door and/or flap, comprising a housing (4) for fastening the pivot lever device (2), in particular on the access control device (27), and a pivot lever (5) for actuating the locking device (6), wherein the pivot lever (5) can be adjusted relative to the housing (4) between a stop position and an actuation position for actuating the locking device (6), in which actuation position the pivot lever (5) can be pivoted about an actuation axis (AB) relative to the housing (4), wherein a locking mechanism (7) is provided for securing the pivot lever (5) against an unauthorized adjustment from the stop position to the actuation position, and wherein the locking mechanism (7) comprises at least one locking element (8), which can be adjusted between a locking position and an unlocking position, the locking position is used for preventing the pivoting rod (5) from being adjusted from the locking position to the actuating position in a form-fitting manner, and the unlocking position is used for releasing adjustment of the pivoting rod (5) from the locking position to the actuating position. In order to better prevent damage and contamination, the locking element (8) comprises at least one locking magnet (9) for adjusting the locking element (8) from the locking position into the unlocking position by means of a magnetic interaction between the locking magnet (9) and at least one unlocking magnet (18) of the corresponding key unit (3).
