According to the cavitation-erosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant agent for the hydraulic concrete and the preparation method of the cavitation-erosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant agent for the hydraulic concrete, the floating beads, the magnesium oxide expanding agent, the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, the sodium silicate, the sodium abietate, the nano anti-cracking and anti-seepage agent, the latex powder and the water are mixed and prepared; by equivalently replacing 3-5% of cement with the hydraulic concrete cavitation-erosion-resistant abrasion-resistant agent, the abrasion resistance of the concrete can be improved by 3-5 times, the dry shrinkage rate is greatly reduced, the anti-permeability grade is improved by 3-5 grades, the cracking resistance is greatly improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
