Regenerated anhydrous refractory repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of smelting refractory materials, in particular to a recycled anhydrous refractory repair material which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25-30 parts of recycled aggregate, 10-15 parts of carbon granules, 20-25 parts of recycled steel ladle carbon-free precast block fine powder, 30-35 parts of clay, 5-8 parts of sericite, 15-20 parts of a binder, 3-5 parts of high-temperature asphalt powder and 0-0.5 part of an additive. The recycled aggregate is recycled high-aluminum aggregate or recycled steel ladle carbon-free precast block aggregate, the carbon granules are coke granules or granules processed by residual anodes used in the aluminum industry, the binder is tar or anthracene oil, and the additive is explosion-proof fiber; the preparation method of the regenerated anhydrous refractory repair material comprises the following steps: S1, selecting materials according to field requirements; s2, sieving the regenerated steel ladle carbon-free precast block fine powder, clay, sericite and high-temperature asphalt powder through a 200-mesh sieve for later use; and S3, uniformly stirring all the raw materials by using a stirrer, packaging in a ton bag with a plastic lining, and standing for more than 5 days for use.
