The invention discloses a high-strength bridge external prestressing anchoring device and an anchoring method thereof. The high-strength bridge external prestressing anchoring device comprises a first attaching connecting piece. Second supporting blocks are arranged between the two sides of the outer portion of the first supporting frame and the first attaching connecting pieces correspondingly. A fixed threaded rod is arranged outside the third connecting block, and a second supporting frame is arranged on one side of the outer portion of the second connecting block. In the rotating process, the direction between the two clamping anti-skid sheets can be directly driven and directly adjusted, so that the two ends of the carbon fiber cloth can be directly and conveniently mounted and placed by a user through the adjustment; through angle matching and limitation of the first limiting rod and the second limiting rod on the carbon fiber cloth, the carbon fiber cloth can be placed straightly in the placing process, and the situation that the position needs to be adjusted repeatedly in the follow-up process due to inclined placing is avoided; and potential safety hazards caused by falling of the carbon fiber cloth due to position inclination in the pulling process are also avoided.
