The first end of the cylinder body is rotationally connected with the trestle bridge section through a pitching driving mechanism; the first end of the piston rod extends out of the second end of the cylinder body and is connected with a hook body structure; the lug ring structure is arranged on the trestle bridge section and used for being hooked by the hook body structure; when the two trestle bridge sections are in a connected state, the hook body structure of one trestle bridge section is hooked on the lug ring structure of the other trestle bridge section, and the piston rod of the telescopic connecting mechanism is in a contraction state, so that the end faces of the two trestle bridge sections are tightly attached. The installation position of the connecting device is reasonable in arrangement, smooth operation of materials is guaranteed, normal operation space of workers is guaranteed, on the premise that the technical index of offshore rapid butt joint is met, the connector reduces the requirement for auxiliary ships, and normal work of the connector under the working sea condition is guaranteed.
