The construction steps comprise an initialization stage, a jacking stage, a transverse moving stage, a falling-back stage, a forward moving stage, a stage of approaching a beam falling support, a stage of falling a steel truss on the beam falling support, a to-be-reset stage and a full-reset stage. Through combined application of the upper supporting mechanism and the pushing equipment, it is guaranteed that the stress points of the steel truss girder are located at the same node position all the time; through the design of the upper supporting mechanism and the roller device, the counter-force resistance in the pushing forward stage is reduced, and the construction efficiency in the forward stage is improved; through the beam falling base plate, the rolling wheel device, the rolling wheel base plate and the rollback device, rapid resetting of the pushing equipment, the upper supporting mechanism and the rolling wheel device is achieved, operation is easy, the control difficulty is low, and the efficiency of walking type pushing construction of the steel truss beam is greatly improved.
