The invention provides a kitchen faucet structure and an installation method thereof. The kitchen faucet structure comprises a body assembly and a water inlet and outlet assembly. The body assembly comprises a seat body externally connected with the handle and a support arranged on the seat body. The water inlet and outlet assembly comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a valve element and a valve seat. Wherein a connecting piece is arranged at the top of the seat body, and the bracket is limited on the seat body in a horizontal transverse state through the connecting piece; one end of the water outlet pipe is in butt joint with the connecting piece, the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with an extraction head through a movable connector, and the extraction head is detachably connected to the support. The water outlet pipe is sleeved with a spring piece, one end of the spring piece is in threaded connection with the connecting piece, and the other end of the spring piece is in threaded connection with the movable connector. The extraction head is provided with a step part, the step part is provided with a clamping ring for limiting the rotation of the spring piece, and the clamping ring and the movable joint are correspondingly arranged on the step part and hidden in the extraction head and the water outlet pipe, so that the extraction head and the water outlet pipe are of an integrated structure from the appearance.
