A release film is arranged at the bottom of the flame-retardant layer, a reinforcing layer is arranged on the upper surface of the waterproof layer, and an anti-sticking layer is arranged on the reinforcing layer; comprising the following steps: S1, preparing materials; s2, compounding a flame-retardant layer; s3, compounding the release film; and S4, compounding the reinforcing layer. In addition, the reinforcing layer is matched, so that the waterproof roll is not prone to being damaged, and the final construction quality is guaranteed.
