Construction method for preventing splicing cracks of ALC wallboards
The invention discloses a construction method for preventing splicing cracks of an ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) wallboard, which comprises the following steps of: smearing mortar on the side surface of the wallboard, paving a joint by adopting fiber gridding cloth, and trowelling and compacting by adopting anti-crack mortar; the joints of the tops of the wallboards and the beams are sealed and filled with mortar and sealed through caulking agents, and U-shaped connecting pieces are installed at the joints of the wallboards; the wallboards arranged at the T-shaped or corner positions are nailed into round steel, and the wallboards are connected with the T-shaped wall or the corner wall; a contraction joint is arranged at the joint of the door frame and the long wall, and then mortar is used for conducting corresponding caulking treatment; when the lintel plate at the upper part of the door frame is mounted, the joint of the transverse wall plate and the vertical wall plate is filled with an adhesive, and the lower end of the wall plate is sealed and plugged; as for reserved door and window holes, adjacent wallboards are reinforced through U-shaped connecting pieces, and lintels at the tops of the holes are fixed through trapezoidal steel inserting pieces or penetrating ribs; when the wallboard is subjected to later-stage holing, angle steel is additionally arranged at the top of a hole, and the two sides of the hole extend into the wallboard. According to the method, splicing cracks of the ALC wallboards are avoided, and the quality of constructional engineering is ensured.
本发明公开了一种防止ALC墙板拼接裂缝的施工方法,本方法对墙板侧面涂抹砂浆,接缝采用纤维网格布铺设,采用抗裂砂浆抹平压实;墙板顶部与梁连接处使用砂浆进行封填,并采用嵌缝剂封实,墙板拼缝处安装U型连接件;T型或转角位置设置的墙板钉入圆钢,将墙板连接T型墙或转角墙;在门框与长墙的连接处设置收缩缝,再用砂浆进行相应嵌缝处理;门框上部过梁板安装时,横向墙板与竖向墙板交接处挤满粘接剂并且将墙板下端密封、塞实;对于预留门窗洞口,相邻墙板之间采用U型连接件加固,洞口顶部过梁采用梯形钢插片或穿筋固定;对墙板进行后期开洞时,洞口顶部加设角钢并两边伸入墙板内。本方法避免ALC墙板的拼接裂缝,确保建筑工程的质量。
