The fabricated passive energy-saving breathing outer wall comprises a fabricated frame, inner side composite boards, keels, breathing devices and outer side wallboards, a cavity is formed in the middle of the fabricated frame, the keels are fixedly connected to the two ends of the fabricated frame correspondingly, and the inner side composite boards and the outer side wallboards are fixedly connected to the two sides of the keels correspondingly; the inner side composite board and the outer side wall board are attached to the assembly type frame in a sealed mode so as to form a sealed cavity, a plurality of breathing devices are installed on the outer side wall body, each breathing device comprises a transverse pipe and a spiral bimetallic strip, the transverse pipes are installed on the outer side wall board so as to communicate the cavity with external air, a switch device is arranged in each transverse pipe, and the spiral bimetallic strips are arranged on the spiral bimetallic strips. The spiral bimetallic strip can control on and off of the switch device according to temperature changes. The spiral bimetallic strip is used for sensing indoor and outdoor natural temperature changes, various form transformation of the outer wall body is achieved, the energy-saving purpose can be achieved when the heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation requirements of the outer wall are met, and the beneficial effects of rapid construction and assembly, passive energy saving and the like are achieved.
