The wave-shaped reinforcing steel bar comprises a wave crest section, a wave trough section and a web member between the wave crest section and the wave trough section, the wave trough of the wave-shaped reinforcing steel bar is embedded into the reinforced concrete bottom plate, a plurality of transverse reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the reinforced concrete bottom plate, and welding positions used for being welded with steel pipes are arranged on the two sides of the wave crest of the wave-shaped reinforcing steel bar.
