The invention discloses a roof siphon drainage and filter screen collection system which comprises a siphon drainage device and a filter screen collector, and the siphon drainage device comprises a rainwater pipe, a siphon rainwater hopper and an automatic water valve; the siphon roof drain is installed in a gutter of a roof, and the bottom of the siphon roof drain is connected with a rainwater pipe. The rainwater pipe is arranged below the convex groove of the metal roof panel; the rainwater pipe is arranged from the position of an eave, is continuously arranged to the center position of the roof and is connected with the intersection pipe at the center position of the roof; the automatic water valve is installed in the center of the roof and connected with the rainwater pipe. The filter screen collectors are mounted on two sides of the siphon roof drain in the gutter; the filter screen collector is composed of two cuboid filters and a rectangular filter screen, the cuboid filters are arranged on the two sides, and the rectangular filter screen is connected between the cuboid filters. The device is easy to mount and convenient to dismount, and stored garbage and dust can be regularly dismounted and cleaned; the problem that the normal drainage function is affected due to blockage of the siphon roof drain is effectively solved.
