Prefabricated spiral stair and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated spiral stair which comprises a plurality of pedal unit modules and a steel column. The pedal unit module is of a prefabricated integrated structure and comprises a hollow cylinder part and a pedal part connected to the side wall of the hollow cylinder part. The cylinder parts of the plurality of pedal unit modules are longitudinally overlapped, and the pedal parts are sequentially staggered by a set angle; the steel column is arranged in a central cavity formed by the plurality of hollow cylinder parts, and is fixedly connected with the pedal unit module through cast-in-place concrete in the central cavity. The structure and the installation mode of an existing prefabricated reinforced concrete spiral stair are improved, the light and modular integrated prefabricated stair is manufactured, modular production is conducted in a factory, integrated installation is conducted on site, and the construction and installation efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种预制旋转楼梯，包括多个踏板单元模块和一钢柱；所述踏板单元模块为预制一体式结构，包括：一空心圆柱体部分，及连接于所述空心圆柱体部分侧壁的踏板部分；多个所述踏板单元模块的圆柱体部分纵向叠加，并使所述踏板部分依次错开设定的角度；所述钢柱设于多个空心圆柱体部分形成的中心空腔内，并在所述中心空腔内通过现浇混凝土与所述踏板单元模块连接固定。本发明对于现有的预制钢筋混凝土旋转楼梯的构造以及安装方式进行改进，制作成一种轻质、模块化一体式预制楼梯，工厂进行模块化生产，现场一体化安装，提高了施工安装效率。
