The two ends of the high-strength screw are each sleeved with a butterfly nut, and the high-strength screw penetrates through the force bearing keel and is connected with the force bearing keel in a locked mode through the butterfly nuts. The device has the advantages of being easy to machine, simple in structure, ingenious in design, reasonable in stress, high in bearing capacity, easy to operate, good in forming effect and simple in repeated turnover treatment, and the construction quality and the construction efficiency are greatly improved.
