The invention provides a plastic-steel fireproof window capable of preventing glass from falling off and an installation method thereof.The plastic-steel fireproof window comprises interlayer fireproof glass and a frame, the frame is installed on the outer side of the interlayer fireproof glass, the interlayer fireproof glass is composed of two sets of single-piece fireproof glass and middle PVB laminated glass, and connecting grooves are formed in the two sides of the interlayer fireproof glass; a connecting plate is arranged between the connecting groove and the frame, the section of the connecting plate is in an inverted-T shape, the protruding end of the connecting plate is located in the connecting groove, the connecting plate is connected with the frame through screws, the left side and the right side of the interlayer fireproof glass are each sleeved with a limiting frame, and the upper side and the lower side of the interlayer fireproof glass are each provided with a limiting plate; the connecting plates are additionally arranged on the left side and the right side of the interlayer fireproof glass, the limiting plates are additionally arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the interlayer fireproof glass, and the limiting plates are matched with the arranged limiting frames, so that the interlayer fireproof glass is conveniently protected and limited, and the connecting strength of the interlayer fireproof glass and the frame is enhanced.
本发明提一种避免玻璃脱落的塑钢防火窗及其安装方法,包括夹层防火玻璃和框架，夹层防火玻璃的外侧安装有框架，夹层防火玻璃由两组单片防火玻璃及中间PVB夹层玻璃组成，且夹层防火玻璃的两侧均设有连接槽，连接槽与框架之间设有连接板，且连接板的截面呈凸字形，连接板凸起的一端位于连接槽内，且连接板通过螺丝与框架连接，夹层防火玻璃的左右两侧均套设有限位架，且夹层防火玻璃的上下两侧均设有限位板，本发明通过对夹层防火玻璃的左右两侧增设有连接板，以及夹层防火玻璃的上下两侧增设有限位板，并与设置的限位架进行配合，方便对夹层防火玻璃起到一个保护限位的作用，加强了夹层防火玻璃与框架连接的强度。
