The high-ductility concrete prefabricated slab comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of cement, 6-22 parts of superfine fly ash, 2-10 parts of slag, 15-20 parts of silica fume, 100-150 parts of quartz sand, 3-5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 10-15 parts of modified fibers. According to the invention, fibers which are easy to agglomerate are modified, so that the problem that the fibers agglomerate in concrete is avoided, the fluidity of the concrete for preparing the precast slab is kept at about 200mm, the ultimate tensile strength of the concrete precast slab reaches 17.8 MPa, the tensile elongation reaches 9.6%, and the problem that the precast slab is easy to crack and even break in use is reduced.
