Comprising a plurality of supporting frames, a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders and a plurality of second hydraulic cylinders, wherein the supporting frames are installed between a bridge column body and a bridge and located on the outer side of a pier, and the first hydraulic cylinders and the second hydraulic cylinders are arranged in the supporting frames. The first hydraulic station system and the second hydraulic station system are used for providing hydraulic power media for the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinders respectively. The high-strength structure of the supporting frame can be used for supporting the bottom of the bridge, so that the application safety performance of the bridge is improved; the telescopic end of the first hydraulic cylinder and the telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder make contact with the bottom face of the bridge through the same supporting plate, so that the supporting faces are conveniently lifted at the same time, the bridge is evenly stressed, and meanwhile the problem that the local pressure intensity is large due to the fact that the contact face of the hydraulic cylinders is small is solved.
