An adjustable embedded part positioning tool comprises a left wallboard mold and a right wallboard mold, the wallboard molds are made of channel steel, a transverse sliding rail assembly is arranged above the two wallboard molds, a connecting piece is arranged below square steel, and the connecting piece is connected with the wallboard molds; the transverse sliding rail assembly is movably connected with a first connecting rod through a bolt, and the first connecting rod is in sliding fit with the transverse sliding rail assembly; a transverse sliding rail assembly is arranged on the upper portion of the embedded part, a vertical sliding rail assembly is arranged above the transverse sliding rail assembly, a second connecting rod is movably connected to the vertical sliding rail assembly through bolts, and the lower portion of the first connecting rod and the lower portion of the second connecting rod are connected with the embedded part in a binding mode. Binding between the embedded part and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod corresponding to the tool and wallboard molds on the two sides are removed, and finally the tool is hoisted and transferred to another place through a traveling crane to be recycled. According to the device, the embedded part can be flexibly and accurately positioned according to needs, the device can be repeatedly used, and the construction efficiency is improved.
一种可调节式埋件定位工装,包括左右墙板模具,墙板模具由槽钢制成,两墙板模具的上方设有横向滑轨组件,一方钢下方设有连接件,连接件连接墙板模具;横向滑轨组件上用螺栓活络连接有第一连接杆,第一连接杆与横向滑轨组件滑动配合;横向滑轨组件上方设有竖向滑轨组件,竖向滑轨组件上用螺栓活络连接有第二连接杆,第一连接杆、第二连接杆下部通过绑扎的形式与埋件连接,浇筑水泥且预制墙板强度达到拆模条件后,拆除埋件与本工装对应第一连接杆、第二连接杆之间的绑扎以及两侧的墙板模具,最后用行车将本工装吊运转移至另一处周转使用。本装置可以根据需要灵活的对埋件进行准确定位,并且可以重复周转使用,提高施工效率。
