The invention discloses a building indoor layout design method capable of increasing the indoor space utilization rate. The method comprises the steps that S1, according to set constraint conditions, on the premise that reasonable layout of an indoor room is guaranteed, different areas are marked out in the room according to requirements, and the boundaries of the areas are all formed by straight lines; s2, if an arc line exists in the indoor space, hollow square stand columns are arranged at the two ends of the arc line, so that a storable wall body is formed in the space between the wall plate and the arc line; s3, detachable square stand columns are arranged at the end points of the boundary of the area, the square stand columns are of hollow structures, and detachable door plates are arranged on the square stand columns; the door plate can communicate the interior and the outside of the square column; s4, then, detachable or foldable wall plates are arranged between the adjacent square stand columns; the wallboards can be stored in the square stand columns after being folded; and S5, after the region of the indoor space is divided, different colors are adopted for application according to different indoor places, and the indoor design feeling and the space utilization rate can be effectively improved.
