Gypsum-based endurance plane material for wood structure building, endurance wall structure and endurance wall construction method
The present invention addresses the problem of increasing the wall magnification of a wood-structure solid wall without additionally mounting a reinforcing material or a stiffening material and without increasing the specific gravity and/or plate thickness of a gypsum-based surface material. A gypsum-based solid surface material (10) for a wood structure solid wall is configured from a main material or a core material formed from a plate-shaped gypsum cured body in which inorganic fibers and an organic-based strength-enhancing material are blended so as to exhibit a nail-side resistance of 500 N or more, and a paper member that covers at least the front and back surfaces of the main material or the core material. The solid surface material has a surface density in the range of 6.5-8.9 kg/m2, exhibits a limit displacement ([delta] u2) of more than 20 * 10 <-3 > rad in an in-plane shear test, and exhibits a limit solid strength (correction value) (Pu ') of more than 7.6 kN. According to the wood structure solid wall using the solid surface material, the short-term reference shear strength (P0) is obtained that is greater than that of a wood structure solid wall using the same solid surface material having a surface density of 9.0 kg/m2 or more.
本发明的课题在于不附加安装增强材或增刚材,也不增大石膏系面材的比重和/或板厚而增大木结构耐力墙的壁倍率。木结构耐力墙用的石膏系耐力面材(10)由主材或芯材,以及被覆主材或芯材的至少表背面的纸构件来构成,所述主材或芯材由配合有无机质纤维和有机系强度提高材以发挥500N以上的钉侧面阻力的板状的石膏固化体形成。该耐力面材具有6.5~8.9kg/m2的范围内的面密度,在面内剪切试验中,表现大于20×10‑3rad的极限位移(δu2),发挥大于7.6kN的极限耐力(校正值)(Pu')。根据使用了该耐力面材的木结构耐力墙,获得大于使用了具有9.0kg/m2以上的面密度的同种耐力面材的木结构耐力墙的短期基准剪切耐力(P0)。
