The photovoltaic desertification control device comprises a mounting support, a water collecting tank, a spraying assembly, a solar photovoltaic assembly and a sand cleaning and water collecting mechanism, the water collecting tank is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting support and buried in a sandy soil layer, sand fixing plants are planted on the surface of the sandy soil layer, and the spraying assembly is fixedly mounted at the top of the water collecting tank and extends out of the surface of the sandy soil layer; the spraying assembly vertically and downwards sprays water to the sand stabilization plants, the water collecting tank supplies water to the spraying assembly, the solar photovoltaic assembly is installed at the top of the installation support in a matched mode, and the sand cleaning and water collecting mechanism is installed on the upper surface of the solar photovoltaic assembly in a matched mode. During photovoltaic power generation, rainwater can be collected to supply water to desertification control plants, self-cleaning, cooling and heat dissipation of solar photovoltaic modules can be completed, the solar photovoltaic modules are uniformly arranged in deserts and partition walls, and water required by the desertification control plants can be supplied while photovoltaic power generation is performed.
