Water supply equipment for improving water quality
The invention relates to water quality improving water supply equipment which comprises an equipment base, a control system and a pressure pump set, the control system and the pressure pump set are fixed on the equipment base, and a water outlet of the pressure pump set is connected with a main water outlet pipe leading to a user interface through a water producing valve. An opening groove is formed in the equipment base, a closed membrane box with a drawer type internal structure is arranged in the opening groove, a sliding rail is arranged in the membrane box, a filtering membrane group is fixed on the sliding rail, a water inlet of the filtering membrane group is connected with a raw water source through a raw water inlet main pipe, and a water outlet of the filtering membrane group is connected with a water production main pipe. The membrane box adopts a push-pull drawer structure and is convenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain, the membrane groups are arranged in groups, the membrane groups are mutually independent and do not interfere with each other during backwashing, and the water production efficiency is greatly improved. The membrane box, the pressure pump set and the backwashing module are integrated on the same equipment, so that modular production is facilitated, the field installation and debugging time is saved, and meanwhile, the equipment is small in occupied area, small in size and convenient to enter and exit from a basement.
本发明涉及一种水质提升给水设备,包括设备底座及固定于设备底座上的控制系统及加压泵组,所述加压泵组的出水口通过产水阀与通往用户接口的总出水管相连。所述设备底座内设有开口槽,所述开口槽内设有内部结构为抽屉式的封闭式膜箱,所述膜箱内部设有滑轨,所述滑轨上固定有过滤膜组,所述过滤膜组的进水口通过原水进水总管与原水水源相连、出水口与产水总管相连。本发明膜箱采用推拉式抽屉结构,拆装维护方便,膜组按组布置,每组膜组之间相互独立,反冲洗时互不干涉,大大提高产水效率。将膜箱、加压泵组、反洗模块集成在同一设备上,方便模块化生产,节约现场安装调试时间,同时设备占地面积小,设备尺寸小,可方便进、出地下室。
