The invention provides a speed control straddle type sling releasing machine which comprises a fixing frame, a sling disc, sling releasing driving devices and a control device, the fixing frame is fixedly arranged on the tower top and provided with a sling penetrating channel, the sling disc is arranged at one end of the sling penetrating channel, the sling releasing driving devices symmetrically arranged with the sling as the center are arranged on the two sides of the sling, and the control device is arranged on the sling releasing driving devices. The cable releasing driving device comprises a rotating drive and a rotating part, the rotating part is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the fixing frame through the rotating drive, the inner side face of the rotating part is provided with an abutting position matched with the sling in an abutting mode, the abutting position is matched with the sling in a friction moving mode, and the control device is connected with the rotating drive. The rotating speed of the rotating drive is controlled through the control device, then the rotating speed of the rotating piece is controlled, the moving speed of the sling is controlled through rotation of the rotating piece while it is guaranteed that sufficient friction force is given to the abutting position to guarantee that the sling is not disengaged from the rotating piece, and therefore uniform-speed sling discharging is guaranteed, the sling discharging speed is controlled, and the sling discharging efficiency is improved. And the quality problem caused by a traditional dragging and pulling cable outlet method is avoided.
