Cement-based prestressed fiber composite board
The invention relates to the technical field of existing building reinforcement and reconstruction, in particular to a fiber composite board based on a prestress technology, which is mainly used for reinforcing concrete members and mainly comprises two parts, one part is a cement-based outer wrapping material, and the other part is a tensioned prestress fiber woven grid. The compatibility of the fiber woven mesh and the externally-wrapped cement-based material is improved through inorganic glue dipping, so that the fiber material and the cement-based material are effectively combined into the novel composite board. And during reinforcing construction, a high-performance nail gun is adopted to mechanically fix the composite board and the concrete member. According to the composite board, the body utilization rate of fiber materials is greatly increased, the mechanical property of reinforcing components is improved, the construction technological process is reduced, and integration of reinforcing and fire prevention can be achieved.
本发明涉及既有建筑加固改造技术领域,是一种基于预应力技术纤维复合板材,主要用于混凝土构件补强加固,主要有两部分构成,一部分为水泥基外包裹材料,另一部分为受张拉预应力纤维编织网格,纤维编织网通过无机胶浸渍提高与外包裹水泥基材料的相容性,使得纤维材料与水泥基材料有效组合成新型复合板材。加固施工时采用高性能射钉枪将复合板材与混凝土构件机械固定。该复合板材大幅度提高了纤维材料体用率,提升加固构件力学性能,减少了施工工艺流程,可实现加固与防火一体化。
