The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a waterproof partition structure in a building and a construction method.The waterproof partition structure in the building comprises a floor base layer, a panel layer, a floor heating layer, a floor heating protection layer and a cement mortar leveling layer, and the floor heating layer, the floor heating protection layer and the cement mortar leveling layer are distributed between the floor base layer and the panel layer from bottom to top; the floor heating layer comprises a water retaining weir, a floor drain and a floor heating pipeline; compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages and positive effects that (1) the problem of water leakage possibly occurring in a bedroom or living room area in a building can be solved; (2) the waterproof layer on the upper surface of the floor base layer is formed by laying aluminum foil waterproof coiled materials; water leakage of the floor base layer can be prevented, and the effect of upwards reflecting heat can be achieved; (3) a round stone covering layer with a certain thickness is laid on the upper surface of the waterproof layer on the floor base layer, and then pea gravel concrete is poured to the floor heating layer; therefore, accumulated water on the panel layer can flow on the waterproof layer and is finally discharged by the floor drain when descending to the waterproof layer on the floor base layer.
