The invention belongs to the related technical field of railway tunnel post-earthquake involution construction, and discloses an existing railway tunnel post-earthquake disaster involution construction method which comprises the following steps: performing quantity statistics and classification on ground surface cracks generated after an earthquake, and performing open excavation layered ramming and filling treatment; inspecting and renovating or rebuilding the hole project after the earthquake; for an existing tunnel after an earthquake, a temporary steel frame is firstly adopted for protection, and then full-ring radial grouting reinforcement treatment is conducted; thirdly, for the tunnel needing to be dismantled and reconstructed, the tunnel inner contour of a single-center circle structure is adopted, and a certain space is reserved in the section of the tunnel; and meanwhile, a lining of a circular structure is adopted, and a structural form of primary support, full-ring shock absorption and energy dissipation layer, secondary support and reserved space is adopted for lining support. By means of the method, the method can better adapt to the involution construction process of the existing railway tunnel after the earthquake, and the construction requirements of classified renovation, key reinforcement, moderate redundancy, rapidness and safety are met.
