The invention provides a preparation method of a color film structure, the color film structure and application of the color film structure. The method comprises the steps that an ink layer is printed on the inner face of a high-transmittance wear-resistant layer in an intaglio mode; drying the ink layer; coating the surface of the ink layer with a first connecting layer; covering the surface of the first connecting layer with a metal coating by using a compound machine; the surface of the metal plating layer is coated with a coating; wherein the high-transmittance wear-resistant layer, the metal plating layer and the coating layer do not contain PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). After the ink layer is intaglio-printed on the high-transmittance wear-resistant layer, the first connecting layer, the metal coating and the coating are sequentially arranged above the ink layer, during use, the high-transmittance wear-resistant layer directly faces outwards, the ink layer on the inward side and the metal coating form a composite material through the first connecting layer, and finally the surface of the metal coating is coated with the coating. The color film structure has the advantages of being good in wear resistance and scratch resistance, simple in structure, few in process steps, capable of directly utilizing an extruder, a compound machine and the like in an existing PVC production system, and low in improvement cost.
本发明提供一种彩膜结构的制备方法、彩膜结构及其应用,方法包括:在高透耐磨层的内面凹版印刷一层油墨层;烘干油墨层;在油墨层的表面涂覆第一连接层;利用复合机在第一连接层的表面覆盖一层金属镀层;在金属镀层的表面涂覆一层涂层;其中,高透耐磨层、金属镀层和涂层不含PVC。本发明在高透耐磨层上凹版印刷油墨层后,在油墨层上方依次布置第一连接层、金属镀层和涂层,在使用时,高透耐磨层直接朝外,朝内一侧的油墨层则通过第一连接层与金属镀层组成复合材料,最后在金属镀层表面涂覆涂层,以便以彩膜结构的方式固定在其他承载物上,具有耐磨耐刮性良好,结构简单,工艺步骤少,可直接利用现有PVC生产系统中的挤出机、复合机等,改造成本低。
