The invention discloses a balancing and aligning system of assembly type building hoisting equipment, which comprises a composite floor slab for hoisting, a balancing regulator is assembled at the top of the composite floor slab, and a hoisting device is assembled at the top end of the balancing regulator. The hoisting system for the fabricated building is composed of the control system, the balancing system, the sensor integration system and the power supply system and used for hoisting large-plane components such as composite floor slabs of the fabricated building, and during hoisting, a hook at the bottom end of a hoisting steel cable is hung at the position of a hoisting device; the balance sensor is placed on the upper surface of the floor slab, then in the hoisting process, the sensor integration system is matched with calculation of the control system to obtain the flatness degree of the hoisted composite floor slab, then the lengths of the four hoisting steel cables are adjusted by adjusting rotation of the motor, and the problems that the hoisting process of existing hoisting equipment is troublesome, and the hoisting efficiency is high are effectively solved. And in the hoisting process, sudden wind power change causes deflection of the parts and the parts are easy to fall off, so that danger is caused.
