Cementing material for cemented filling of coal gangue as well as production and use method of cementing material
The invention relates to the technical field of coal mine filling mining, in particular to a cementing material for cemented filling of coal gangue and a production and use method of the cementing material. The material is prepared from three industrial solid wastes, namely S95 superfine slag powder, converter steel slag powder and power plant desulfurized gypsum according to the following weight ratio: 30%-35% of steel slag powder, 15%-20% of power plant desulfurized gypsum and 45%-55% of superfine slag powder. According to the invention, S95 slag micro powder and converter steel slag micro powder are used as active materials, the steel slag micro powder is also used as an alkaline activator material, a small part of power plant desulfurized gypsum is doped as a salt activator, no cement or clinker is added, and all the raw materials are industrial solid wastes; the low-quality solid waste utilization rate of the steel slag and the desulfurized gypsum reaches 50% or above, and compared with a slag-based filling cementing material, the use amount of the slag is reduced by half.
本发明涉及煤矿充填采矿技术领域,具体涉及一种用于煤矸石胶结充填的胶凝材料及其生产与使用方法,该材料由S95矿渣微粉、转炉钢渣微粉、电厂脱硫石膏三种工业固废按照下述的重量配合比制备而成:钢渣微粉30%‑35%、电厂脱硫石膏15%‑20%、矿渣微粉45%‑55%。本发明以S95矿渣微粉和转炉钢渣微粉作为活性材料,钢渣微粉兼作碱性激发剂材料,掺与小部分电厂脱硫石膏作为盐激发剂,不添加任何水泥或熟料,原料全部为工业固废;钢渣与脱硫石膏低品质固废利用率达到50%以上,相比矿渣基充填胶凝材料矿渣用量降低一半。
