The invention relates to the technical field of white-to-black road treatment, in particular to an ultrathin overlay maintenance method for a white-to-black road surface. The method comprises the following steps: 1) treating an original cement concrete pavement so that the pavement structure is complete, clean and smooth; (2) uniformly stirring and mixing the asphalt mixture, and trowelling by using a flat plate type vibration rammer compactor after paving; the asphalt mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of modified emulsified asphalt, 3-5 parts of basalt fibers, 25-40 parts of limestone particles, 1-5 parts of cement, 1-5 parts of a silane coupling agent and 20-50 parts of water, and (3) after the water in the asphalt mixture is completely evaporated, rolling to obtain the ultrathin asphalt overlay of 1-2cm.
