The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, taking a filler raw material, and crushing the filler raw material; s2, pouring the crushed raw materials from the upper part of the rough treatment device; s3, crushing the filler raw materials, and performing primary rough treatment on the filler raw materials; and S4, after the filler raw materials are subjected to primary roughening treatment, the filler raw materials fall to the lower portion of the roughening treatment device to be rubbed, and then the filler raw materials are subjected to secondary roughening treatment. The rough treatment device comprises cambered surface blocks, interval grooves and triangular edges, the two cambered surface blocks are arranged left and right, the opposite surfaces of the two cambered surface blocks are arc surfaces, each cambered surface block is provided with a plurality of triangular edges from top to bottom, and each triangular edge is provided with a plurality of interval grooves. The filler raw material can be subjected to rough treatment through the rough treatment device, the contact area of the filler raw material and asphalt is increased, and the combination degree of the filler raw material and asphalt is improved.
