A novel distance-limiting handrail device is characterized in that a support is horizontally arranged in the left-right longitudinal direction, a longitudinal rod with a left hole and a right hole is arranged on the left portion, and the support is hinged to a fixed support through the right hole; the right part of the bracket is provided with two longitudinal rods and two rings, the two rings are respectively fixed at the right ends of the two longitudinal rods, and the axes of the two rings coincide; the bracket middle transverse rod is fixedly connected with the bracket left longitudinal rod and the bracket right longitudinal rod respectively; the guide cylinder with a non-through hole is vertically arranged on the left side of the bracket and is fixed; a stool consisting of a stool surface and a square rod is arranged, the square rod is in clearance fit with the square hole, the square hole guides the square rod to slide up and down, and a transverse hole is formed in the square rod; the two ends of a connecting rod are hinged to a left hole in the left portion of the support and the square rod hole respectively, and when the stool slides downwards and is blocked by the bottom face of the hole of the guide cylinder, the axis of the circular ring rises by 65 cm.
