The anti-freezing device comprises an upstream side anti-freezing mechanism and a downstream side anti-freezing mechanism, the upstream side anti-freezing mechanism comprises a first heat preservation plate and a water spraying assembly, the first heat preservation plate is fixedly installed on the upstream side of a gate pier, and the water spraying assembly is fixedly installed on the downstream side of the gate pier; a first heat preservation cavity is defined between the first heat preservation plate and the breast wall, the upstream side of the gate is located in the first heat preservation cavity, and the water spraying assembly is used for spraying water to the gate; the downstream side anti-freezing mechanism comprises a second heat preservation plate, the second heat preservation plate is fixedly installed on the downstream side of the gate pier, a second heat preservation cavity is defined by the second heat preservation plate and the breast wall, and the downstream side of the gate is located in the second heat preservation cavity. The anti-freezing device has the beneficial effect that the problem that the front part and the rear part of the gate are easy to freeze during the operation of the sand-washing gate of the hydropower station in winter is effectively solved.
