Leaking stoppage construction method for diaphragm wall of ultra-deep foundation pit
The invention discloses an ultra-deep foundation pit diaphragm wall leaking stoppage construction method which comprises the following steps: analyzing a leakage source of an ultra-deep foundation pit, performing preliminary leaking stoppage on a leakage point, chiseling the leakage point in a diaphragm wall to a structural surface, plugging the structural wall by using a leaking stoppage agent, embedding a flow guide pipe in the leakage point for drainage, and performing secondary leaking stoppage on the leakage point. The tail end of the flow guide pipe is provided with a gate valve, bagged cement is built tightly attached to the diaphragm wall, the height is higher than a water seepage point, clay is blocked on the periphery, slope-shaped back pressure is built, and the flow guide pipe is protected properly. Double-liquid grouting is conducted outside the foundation pit; the leakage condition of the flow guide pipe gate valves in the foundation pit is checked, if leakage still occurs, the leakage source needs to be analyzed again, the double-liquid grouting position is selected again, and if the gate valves do not leak or slightly leak, the gate valves are closed one by one; the problem of leakage of the diaphragm wall is solved, and normalization of the construction progress is guaranteed; and the stability, the integrity and the safety of the supporting structure are ensured.
本发明公开了一种超深基坑地连墙堵漏施工方法,包括如下步骤:对超深基坑的渗漏源头进行分析,对渗漏点进行初步堵漏,所述地连墙中渗漏点剔凿到结构面,并用堵漏王进行封堵结构墙,在渗水点埋入导流管进行引流,所述导流管末端安装有闸阀,紧贴地连墙码砌袋装水泥,高度高于渗水点,外围围堵上黏土,修筑为斜坡状反压,对引流管进行妥善保护;在基坑外进行双液注浆;检查基坑内导流管闸阀的渗漏情况,如果仍出现渗漏,需要重新分析渗漏源头,并重新选取双液注浆位置,如果闸阀无渗漏或微弱渗漏,既将闸阀逐个关闭;本发明既解决了地连墙渗漏的问题,又保证了施工进度的正常化;确保了支护结构的稳定性、整体性和安全性。
