The invention relates to an automatic integrated safety monitoring and early warning system and method for a deep foundation pit. The early warning system comprises a lateral deformation monitoring structure and a top settlement monitoring structure, and the top settlement monitoring structure comprises a full-automatic total station and a data processing module connected with the full-automatic total station; the underground water level monitoring structure is used for being in communication connection with the first single-point acquisition module, the second single-point acquisition module and the settlement data module, and the information processing center is used for receiving the data and sending alarm information when the data exceed a preset threshold range. The technical problems that in the prior art, a foundation pit safety monitoring mode is not visual in data and inconvenient to operate are solved.
