The horizontal submersible pump hoisting and fixing device comprises a supporting unit, the supporting unit comprises a supporting head, a supporting ring, a supporting rod, a transmission rod and a supporting frame, the supporting head is fixedly connected with the supporting ring through the supporting rod, the supporting frame is arranged on the side edge of the supporting ring, and the transmission rod is movably matched with the supporting frame; the fixing unit comprises a fixing ring, a fixing frame and a mounting frame, the fixing ring is arranged on the lower side of the fixing frame, and the mounting frame is arranged on the upper side of the fixing frame. According to the designed device, the water pump can be clamped and fixed in the installation process, the water pipe position is reserved at the other end, and meanwhile sludge accumulation can be prevented.
