Provided is a mobile toilet that can be used satisfactorily. A mobile toilet (1) is provided with: a trailer (50); a toilet stool (33) disposed in a cabin (53) of the trailer (50); a drain tank (70) which is disposed inside the vehicle cabin (53) and which stores the waste water discharged from the toilet (33); a drain passage (71) that connects the toilet (33) and the drain tank (70); and the second conveying device (73B) is arranged in the middle of the drainage path (71). The toilet (33) has a drainage elbow (33A) communicating with the upstream end of the drainage path (71), and the drainage path (71) passes through a position higher than the water seal water level (WL) of the drainage elbow (33A) and has a water outlet space (X) provided at a position higher than the water seal water level (WL) of the drainage elbow (33A).
