The grafting layer is respectively connected with the rubber layer and the chitosan microspheres on the surface layer of the rubber layer; the polyethylene plate can be in vulcanization connection with the rubber layer through the grafting layer, Van der Waals acting force can also be generated between the polyethylene plate and the chitosan microspheres on the surface layer of the rubber layer, and the bonding strength between the polyethylene plate and the rubber layer can be effectively improved.
