The invention discloses durable cement mortar which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of cement, 60-150 parts of sand, 1-3 parts of a modifier and 8-20 parts of water. According to the invention, magnesium oxide and stearic acid are mixed, a nonionic surfactant is added, and a magnesium stearate emulsion is prepared by a simple chemical reaction and is used as a modifier of the cement mortar, so that the hydrophobic properties of the inner and outer surfaces of the mortar are remarkably improved; the cobaltosic oxide is added, so that the hydrophobic property of the mortar is further improved, the mechanical strength, the water resistance and the chloride ion resistance of the mortar are improved, and the shrinkage property of the cement mortar is improved.
本发明公开了一种耐久性水泥砂浆，包括以下重量份原料：20～50份水泥、60～150份砂、1～3份改性剂、8～20份水。本发明将氧化镁和硬脂酸混合，加入非离子表面活性剂，利用简单的化学反应制备了硬脂酸镁乳液，作为水泥砂浆的改性剂，显著改善了砂浆内外表面的疏水性能；加入四氧化三钴进一步提升了砂浆的疏水性能，提升了砂浆的力学强度、耐水性和耐氯离子性能，且改善了水泥砂浆的收缩性能。
