The high-crack-resistance low-shrinkage high-performance concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85 to 90 parts of cement; 50 to 55 parts of fly ash; 480 to 550 parts of aggregate; 58 to 65 parts of water; 1.5-2 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.5 to 1.2 parts of water absorbent resin; each part of water-absorbent resin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 90 parts of acrylic acid; 20 to 35 parts of 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether; and 12 to 18 parts of tetrahydrofuran acrylate. The high-crack-resistance, low-shrinkage and high-performance concrete disclosed by the invention has good shrinkage resistance and crack resistance.
