The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering, in particular to a method for preparing flow-state solidified soil from construction waste soil. Comprising the following steps: preparing the admixture special for the flow-state solidified soil, and stirring the admixture with water and soil to form the flow-state solidified soil. Wherein the curing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 35 percent of fly ash, 25 to 30 percent of slag, 10 to 15 percent of quick lime, 15 to 20 percent of calcined kaolin, 2 to 5 percent of sodium silicate, 1 to 3 percent of sodium sulfate and 1 to 2 percent of polyether organic silicon defoaming agent. When 5-10% by weight of the curing agent is stirred with building residue soil and water to form slurry, direct backfilling can be achieved, vibration is not needed, construction is simple, the construction period is short, and the construction period is only one tenth of that of common tamping backfilling. The strength and water resistance are superior to those of a foamed concrete backfilling process, and the cost is saved by 30-50% compared with that of foamed concrete backfilling. Compared with similar products, the concrete has the characteristics of low cost, high strength, better impermeability and the like.
