The invention relates to the technical field of brick manufacturing, and discloses a preparation method of an energy-saving composite long-life brick for a cement kiln grate cooler throat, a three-layer composite structure of a heat insulation layer, a heat preservation layer and a working layer is adopted to reduce the heat conductivity coefficient so as to reduce heat loss, and the composite design of a suspension device and mortise and tenon combination is adopted structurally. Therefore, the construction requirements of complex parts are met. The working layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-65% of special-grade alumina, 10-15% of andalusite, 20-25% of silicon carbide, 2% of metal aluminum powder and 3-5% of a binding agent; the thermal insulation layer comprises 40-45% of waste silicon mullite bricks, 30-35% of ceramsite, 10-15% of aluminum oxide hollow balls, 0-5% of clay powder and 10-15% of calcium aluminate cement; and the heat insulation layer is a nano aerogel plate. The energy-saving composite long-life brick for the cement kiln grate cooler throat is high in erosion resistance and long in service life, the comprehensive heat conductivity coefficient is far lower than that of an existing product, the energy consumption of a thermotechnical kiln can be remarkably reduced, and the purposes of saving energy and reducing consumption are achieved.
本发明涉及砖块制作技术领域,且公开了水泥窑篦冷机喉部用节能复合长寿砖的制备方法,它采用隔热层+保温层+工作层的三层复合结构来降低导热系数从而减少热损失,结构上采用悬挂装置和卯榫结合的复合设计,从而满足复杂部位的施工需要。工作层由下述重量百分比的原料制成:特级矾土60~65%、红柱石10~15%、碳化硅20~25%、金属铝粉2%、结合剂3~5%;保温层:废硅莫砖40~45%、陶粒30~35%、氧化铝空心球10~15%,黏土粉0‑5%,铝酸钙水泥10‑15%;隔热层为纳米气凝胶板。本发明的水泥窑篦冷机喉部用节能复合长寿砖抗侵蚀性能强、寿命长而且综合导热系数远低于现有产品,能显著降低热工窑炉的能耗,实现节能降耗的目的。
