The invention discloses a bridge anti-seismic support device and a jacking replacement construction method thereof.The anti-seismic support device comprises an anti-seismic support, a wedge block, a perforated steel sleeve and a self-leveling concrete heightening block, the anti-seismic support comprises a support lower sealing layer steel plate, a support upper sealing layer steel plate and a support body, the perforated steel sleeve is provided with a support hole and a pier column hole, and the self-leveling concrete heightening block is arranged in the support hole; the perforated steel sleeve is sleeved on a lower structure pier column, a containing space is formed between the perforated steel sleeve and a support cushion stone located at the top of the pier column, and the self-leveling concrete heightening block is of a structure formed by solidifying after the containing space is filled with concrete in a cast-in-place mode. A support lower sealing layer steel plate of the anti-seismic support is placed in a support hole, the anti-seismic support is further provided with a support upper pre-buried steel plate and a support upper anchor rod, and the wedge block is of a structure formed by cast-in-place concrete with the support upper pre-buried steel plate as a pouring formwork. The invention further discloses a construction method for jacking and replacing the bridge anti-seismic support device.
